APPLICATION

200A DIN Type TP Busbar Distribution Units are most compact, convenient and reliable method of distributing Electrical energy and find many applications in Domestic as well as industrial circles i.e. Distribution Boards, Power Control Centres, Feeder Pillars etc.

The product is Designed for 200A, 3 Phase Power System complying with IEC:60439-1,1999. Due to its compact design, the overall dimensions of the Distribution boards can be reduced to a great extent.

The unique design offers easy fitment of MCB’s directly on the Bus Bar systems coupled with DIN channels.

• Housing is made up of strong Moulded material and offers excellent strength and insulation besides imparting a sleek smooth finish.
• Single piece Bus bar design, made up of ETP grade copper and duly tin plated to minimize losses.
• A variety of user or factory fitted incoming devices up to 400A can be fitted.
• Accepts outgoing MCBs/ MCCB’s up to 200A.
• Fully shrouded and supplied with Terminal shroud.
• Available in wide range up to 18 ways.

• Brass terminals are also available on request
   

TYPE TESTING

The busbar distribution unit has been type tested at CENTRAL POWER RESEARCH INSTITUTE-INDIA according to IEC: 60439part 1,1999 for :

» Short circuit withstand strength test.
» Clearance & creepage distances
» Insulation resistance
» Temperature rise.
» Lighting impulse voltage withstand test
