Item Name: SWING HANDLE WITH 
                       THREE POINT DOOR LOCK

The three point door lock assembly has a flush mounted swing handle in black polyamide for metallic / GRP enclosures and is suitable for 90° closing for Right hand or Left hand operations. The handle pivots 30° prior to swinging. Dust cap is provided as a standard feature. Rubber gaskets are additionally provided to make the lock suitable for IP-65 degree of protection. Accessories available with the three point lock assembly:

  1. One pair of MS rods cad plated (Max. length 1 mtr.)

  2. Rod guide PA, Black.

  3. Set of rollers with pins.

  4. Adapter Zinc die casted for Door rods.

  5. Locking lever (3 point cam) plated.

  6. Profile cylinder lock as per European / Middle East specifications with master keys.

Item Name: L HANDLE

  • The door lock is ideally suited for metallic enclosures and is zinc die cast & chrome plated.
  • Right hand or Left hand 90° turn.
  • The lock is screw in type and is provided with 2 sets of universal keys. However custom made keys can be ordered. 

Following options are also available:

  1. Rod latch set.

  2. Standard cam.

  3. Three point cam with cylindrical rod set.

Item Name : T HANDLE

  • The door lock is ideally suited for metallic enclosures and is zinc die cast & chrome plated.
  • Right hand or Left hand 90° turn.
  • The lock is screw in type and is provided with 2 sets of universal keys. However custom made keys can be ordered. 

Following options are also available:

  1. Rod latch set.
  2. Standard cam.
  3. Three point cam with cylindrical rod set.

Item Name : QUARTER TURN LOCK

  • The lock is screw in type.
  • Capable of rotating 90° in Right hand or Left hand.

The lock comprises of three parts: housing, insert & lever. Following options are available for varied customer needs:

  1. For Housing:
    1. Chrome plated zinc casted in round body.
    2. In black polyamide in round housing.
    3. Zinc casted, chrome plated in square housing.
  2. For Insert:
    1. With double bit slot.
    2. With recess type slot.
    3. With triangular slot.
    4. With square slot of size 5 mm, 6 mm or 7 mm.
    5. With wing type knob for operating without any keys.
  3. For Keys
    4.           Available in zinc die casting & chrome plating.
  4. For Cam
    1. Cam can be customized to suit any door depth.
    2. As many as eleven varieties are available.

  • This is a simple screw in type of quarter turn lock which is zinc die cast chrome plated.
  • Custom lock & key facility is available.
  • Different types of cams as mentioned in AEIL03 can be used.
  • Set of two keys provided with each lock.
  • Custom keys available on request.

  • Spring loaded locking pin for locking door when slammed against the panel.
  • Available in brass casting with powder coated finish.
  • Ideally suited for acoustic enclosures, deep freezers, freezer rooms & ovens.

  • Screw in type of lock suitable for Right hand or Left hand quarter turn.
